Existing technology is insufficient
Traditional electric scalpel is an electrosurgical instrument that replaces mechanical scalpels and is used for tissue cutting. It uses the high-voltage current generated at the end of the effective electrode to heat human tissue when it comes into contact with the human body, thereby achieving the purpose of separating and condensing human tissue.
1. If the traditional electric scalpel is improperly operated or the wire contact is poor, there is a risk of electric shock to the operator.
2. Traditional electric knives require positive and negative electrodes. If the electrodes and placement positions are not properly selected, it will cause electric burns to the patient and liquefaction of wound fat;
3. When cutting with traditional electric knives, the temperature cannot be controlled. Too high a temperature will easily cause the tissue to char and smoke, affecting the operator's vision, thus affecting the cutting effect;
4. In micro-surgery, compared with plasma technology, traditional electric knives are too damaging, affecting the patient's postoperative recovery effect;
Main research and development direction
The working principle of the plasma knife is to form a thin layer of plasma between the electrode and the tissue. The ions in this thin layer are accelerated by the electric field and transfer energy to the tissue. At a high temperature of 40 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, the bonds between cells are opened, and the cells in the target tissue are decomposed into carbohydrates and oxides, resulting in liquefaction and ablation of the diseased tissue. This is the so-called plasma, thereby achieving the volume reduction effect of the target tissue.

1. Structure: Bipolar design is adopted to reduce the risk of patient burns.

1). Power detection circuit is used to achieve high-precision power detection with detection accuracy of ±2%.
2). Low-pass filter circuit is used to achieve output of pure sine wave waveform.
3). Standard output frequency is used to achieve accuracy of ±5%.
4. Function:
1). Real-time voice and sound and light alarm are used to increase the safety of equipment use.
2). Dual system detection is added to increase system stability;

Project results:
1) Technical results: After the completion of this project, a new process will be produced by rapid method and a pilot production line will be formed;
2) Intellectual property results: 5 patents are applied for project-related technologies and processes, including 1 invention, 2 utility model patents, 1 design patent, and 1 software copyright.
