1.確切知道自己的褲子尺寸
首先，了解自身的尺碼非常重要。
腰圍: 骨盆上方肋骨下方位置處也就是腰最細的地方，將皮尺平行繞一圈測量
腰寬: 褲頭兩側之間平行距離 注意:腰圍和腰寬是不一樣的。
褲長 : 側邊褲頭到褲管之間距離
大腿寬: 褲襠點下量2cm位置， 平量兩側之間距離
臀圍: 從腰頭往下量20cm，平量兩側之間距離
褲襠 : 腰頭至褲檔點之間距離 這個尺碼跟中、高、低腰很有大的關係。
褲口寬: 褲口兩側之間距離
高腰、中腰、低腰要怎麼分?
高腰褲在於肚臍眼上，腰最細的位置
中腰褲在於肚臍眼下，3~5cm位置(約丹田處)處)
低腰褲在於肚臍眼下，8~10cm位置(約骨盆處)
