Introduction:

The pineapple fiber is from pineapple leaves directly.

1)Scraping: In this step, the original pineapple fiber is removed from leaves firstly by squeeze machines.

2)Drying:The original pineapple fiber from first step will be dried now. As per different grades by classifying, we packed those fibers according to certain weights for next processing.

3)Degumming: Above original pineapple fibers have a lot of colloid,which have to be took away to make fibers suitable for spinning. pineapple fiber’s degumming can not be made like others plant fibers under high temperature and pressure situation, if so, the pineapple fibers will be seriously damaged. We mainly use biological enzyme to remove the colloids, that means the colloids were disappeared absolutely by biological decomposition. By this way, no any chemicals added during degumming, it is a environmentally friendly method.

4)Bleaching: By this step, the pineapple fibers will be bleached for easy dyeing to finished products.

5)Cutting: The long pineapple fibers were cut into certain lengths to make it suitable for spinning. Now, the short pineapple fiber from original leaves were made successfully,they can be spun into all kinds of yarns directly.
