2. Scaling Explained
Scaling refers to how a weapon, spell, or Elden Ring Items ability increases in effectiveness based on your stats. This is shown with letters next to a weapon’s stat scaling, such as “Strength: C,” “Dexterity: B,” or “Intelligence: A.” The higher the letter, the better the scaling.

S Scaling: The highest possible scaling. Weapons or spells that have an S scaling in a stat will see the most significant benefit from leveling that stat.

A, B, C Scaling: These also provide a strong benefit, but not as much as S. Each letter represents a specific percentage of the stat being converted into damage or effectiveness.

D, E Scaling: These provide lower returns, but they can still be useful, especially if you’re focusing on a hybrid or unconventional build.

Example:
A Colossal Weapon with Strength: B scaling will benefit significantly from a high Strength stat. The damage output increases as you pump more points into Strength.

A Katana with Dexterity: A scaling will have its damage output increase rapidly with high Dexterity.

Importance of Stat Synergy
